At Goodies, we list all nine food allergens (wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame) on our labels, as required by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. You can find this information clearly printed on the labels of each product. 

Some Goodies snacks do contain one or more of these allergens. To check specific ingredients, click on each product page for details.

The Goodies range has been specially developed for children aged 4+, with flavors and textures adapted to their age. We recommend serving them from this age and up.

Goodies are made especially for preschoolers, aged 4+. Toddlers may be curious, but our snacks are designed for little ones who have grown past baby snacks and are ready for more big‑kid flavors and textures.
